We provide technology to businesses that enables the request and receipt of eligibility checked, real APR, credit product quotations from leading credit and financial service providers. We also provide an online service to individuals (you) seeking credit, whereby we collect and process an individual's loan application, communicate the credit options available from our panel of credit and financial service providers, and take steps to introduce that individual to any credit and financial service provider available on our panel (the "Service").

If you wish to be provided with our Service, you will be entering into an agreement with us and accepting these Terms. These Terms are between you and us, no third party will have any rights under these Terms.

This service is free to you and we may receive a payment from a credit or financial service provider for introducing you to them.

You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to use this Service


We do not provide any credit product directly to you. We are a credit broker, not a lender.

We do not advise you on the suitability of any credit products and/or financial services offered by the credit and financial service providers on our panel. You decide whether any credit product or financial service is suitable for you.

Credit and financial service providers on our panel conduct assessments on whether or not to offer you their products and/or services. This may include an assessment of your credit history. We have no control over their decision to offer you their products and/or services or not.

We do not, nor do our partnered credit/financial service providers, provide cashback for any credit option we may present to you. If cashback is offered alongside an offer we present to you, it is solely the responsibility of any cashback business with which we are in partnership with (for example, Quidco) to provide you with any cashback that may be due. We may communicate the cashback business' cashback eligibility rules alongside the credit options we present, which must be abided by in order to qualify for cashback from the cashback business.


We and our partnered credit/financial service providers may use credit reference agencies and other credit scoring facilities to determine your eligibility for their products/services and prevent fraud. As such, the information you provide must be true and accurate. Providing misleading information may result in criminal proceedings against you. If you have been authorised and instructed to use our Service on behalf of a third party, these terms will apply to the third party.


We will process information about you as set out in our Privacy Policy. When using our Service, you consent to the processing of your information and warrant that all information provided by you is true and accurate.


Any use of our Services or this website does not imply the transfer of intellectual property rights to content that may be accessed.


We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising out, or in any way connected with your use, of any third party that our Service or website links to.


If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.
